Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

We all deserve a cookie! Brown butter chocolate chip cookies are ridiculously good. The nutty brown butter flavor takes it to another level of deliciousness : )

Inspired by my Mom, she loves chocolate chip cookies {well…it might be tied with Oreos}. She was diagnosed with dementia 20 years ago then progressively worse to advanced Alzheimer’s. Due to the pandemic, her residence is not allowing visitors. Once restrictions are lifted, I am visiting her with a big hug & a batch of these cookies!

Back to the cookie — If you’re new to brown butter recipes, it’s not difficult just be sure to carefully watch {and stir} the brown butter to avoid burning. Your loved ones will thank you ~ they’re that good & hard to resist!
