INGREDIENTS

  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2–3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2–3 medium carrots, peeled, sliced and quartered (halved works too)
  • 1 medium sweet yellow onion, diced
  • 6–8 beef short ribs
  • 25oz marinara sauce (homemade or store bought)
