Happy Weekend!! Cookie dough cheesecake, a brownie bottom and topped with Oreo whipped cream : )

It’s thick, rich-creamy deliciousness! Yesterday was National Oreo Cookie Day — who loves Oreos? A big slice has my son’s name on it. He just loves Oreos & cookie dough 😋

This cake was shared with family. I’m not the only person with a sweet tooth 😁 The recipe ingredients states 24 ounces of cream cheese however, the video shows 4 blocks of cream cheese.
