Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich

Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️ A big scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream between ✌️ fudgy brownie crinkle cookies : )

I should’ve made this sweet combination a long time ago. The first bite 💃 beyond delicious! It’s been awhile since I’ve baked these fudgy-sweet crinkles —- everyone I know loves brownie cookies 😁 A something “green” food post was a must for St. Patty’s day. Interesting side note ~ years ago, a colleague mentioned azure or sky blue was once the official color of Ireland….not emerald green 🤭?!? Let me get back to baking life sweeter ….

I can’t take credit for the ice cream but I did bake these scrumptious cookies. Perfectly delicious on their own or choose your favorite scoop of ice cream. Please allow the brownie crinkle cookies to cool first : ) I hope you have an awesome day • Thank you for following • Stay Safe 💚☘️ #sweettooth #slainte
